student edition software installation

I am PhD student at the UNITEN university. I have requested to get the WinProp software student edition and my request have been approved. I have downloaded the exe file but I couldn't install it. I faced a problem as in the attached image.

From another question you posted, I realize you are successful with the installation but the license was not working. I provided answer on how to get the correct license file in that thread.
