Converting Engineering Stress-Strain to True Stress-Strain

Hi everyone,

Can anyone show me how to convert engineering stress-strain to true stress-strain. 

 

I used 2 equation as below for convert engineering stress-strain to true stress-strain

 

But these are valid up to the UTS point

 

How can I convert engineering stress-strain to true stress-strain behind that point?
