i met a question when using hyperview to postprocess an odb file. This is a stress analysis for a structure. As for the postprocessing in the hyperview, whether 'Use corner data' should be checked or not. Should the result type be IP points or nodal points? Many said that 'Use corner data' should not be checked and result type should be IP points. I am confused by this. hope can get some ideas from this. Thank you
I am attaching an extract from the HV documentation which (at least to me) explain quite clearly the approach of the application w.r.t. IP results.
