License server error

Hi everyone,

When I run altair license manager, it occurs error as an image below. Besides, Altair manager can not see in Services to update server license. Can you help me for this issue?

    was there any error during the ALM installation?

    Have you installed it with admin permissions?

    Maybe you could try unistall and install it back.

    Hi Adriano,

    I installed it with run as administrator. I tried to uninstall and install it back many times but it occurs this error.
