I am facing issue while doing batchmeshing. This type of waviness is there in the washer elements.

What are your parameter file settings? I am not seeing the same issue

In case of flat surfaces parallel to X, Y, Z axes it is working properly. But i am facing issue for inclined surfaces. I am using HM2019.

The orientation does not matter. I would upgrade your version as 2019 is pretty old at this point
