I am using a lens to focus a plane wave onto a conical antenna and I am receiving this error

WARNING  1931: No effective excitation for the MoM is present (right hand side
vector is zero)

what is this indicating? Is the antenna not seeing the focused plane wave or not at all?

    Hi Pmcardle

Without the model it's difficult to comment.

But you are on the right track. The plane wave is not 'seeing' any geometry.

For example, you would get this error if you create a flat plate in the XY plane and set the plane wave in the plane of the plate with vertical pol.
