Anisotropic Green's Function

Is their a half planar Green's function implemented that supports a material with a 3d anisotropic dielectric function in FEKO?  If it does not exist, is it because it has not been implemented or that it has not been formulated for a half plane?

    Feko does not support anisotropic Green's functions.
