  I am getting the following meshing error for the attached model.

Warning 18167: Stitch1 - 'Stitch1.Face383' could not be meshed. A correct definition could not be recovered.

Mesh 'Stitch1' with
        2849 triangles (2849 flat, 0 curvilinear)

What is this indicating? How can I fix it ?

    Hello @pmcardle

    What is this indicating?

    There seems to be a problem with the geometry of Face383 that causes problems for the geometry modeller, leading to problems during meshing.

    By splitting off the top part of Face383, you can see where it struggles to recover the correct/expected definition:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>image.png

    Meshing succeeds for the rest of the model (as can be seen by cutting out that part):

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>image.png

    How can I fix it ?

    Short from rebuilding the face, I don't know what would help. Maybe others have some suggestions for you.

    Kind regards

    Madelé
