It seems to me that calculation of mass is not correct in HyperMesh. I make all the Components active with correct density for properties, but the mass is not calculated correctly. What am I doing wrong?

can you please provide some extra details here? Which version are you using? Are you working with OptiStruct models (as you are referring to fem extension)?
