Anyone can help in making multiple LOAD STEP.
For eg. 1. Only Constraint firstly.
2. then Apply pretension and
3. apply different loads.
4. then deload as requirement.

You can create multiple load collectors for different load conditions as required with suitable card images.
Then you can create different load cases also and assign the load collectors accordingly to your requirement.
