May be the error message come from the mesh of the device but when I mesh and run the model that you send us, I reached to solve it without any error message.

I have solved you device in Flux without any issues (with Altair Flux 2020)
Can you tell us which version of Altair Flux you are using and which linear solver (Direct or iterative) ?
