What is the reason and how to solve it?

I see this was posted a couple weeks back. Wanted to check in and be sure you found a solution.
If not..
Could you try clearing your command files and try again? I am thinking this may just be a side effect of some customization that was made in the past. Perhaps a custom user profile?
