How to add CONM2 element extra detail

I have a bdf file that contains CONM2 entry showing '+' symbol and some data. 

I do not understand how to do it using hypermesh. I have attached a file for detail.

The CONM2 element allows a concentrated mass about its center of gravity to be specified.
