Hello,

I have a honeycomb structure(image attached below) . The thickness of the walls are 5 mm. It has a length of 660 mm and  height of around 61 mm. I need to mesh it. How do I go about it? Should i mesh it as shell elements? I tried meshing it as a solid, but a lot of elements fail the element check.   What element size is preferable in order to have a good quality index and also how do i decide upon the parameters for the element check?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
