I have an assembly and want to know the coordinates of the centre of gravity and contact forces of my bonded contacts. Where can I see these things?

When you go to View>Model browser (Shortcut key F2), you will see information about your model setup.
When you go to View>Property editor (Shortcut key F3), you will see information about the properties of your setup. For that you need to select components/loads/force or centre of gravity in this case.
