Purchased license can't be found

Just purchased a Thea V3 for Sketch up license on Monday and created an Altair One account but it is not listed, no licenses found and I am unable to select it in the apps, only option to contact seller. Do you know if there is a waiting period to receive/be granted the license information? I have opened a case with Altair but I am unable to get this resolved. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Louise.
    I checked both the eshop and your Altair One account. Your order was confirmed and the license was added to your Altair One account. Please login to www.altairone.com with the email that you used to place the order.

    Your account seems to be activated so you should not have any problem logging in.
