Substitute ball-bearing to connect axle and wheel hub

Hello Altair Community!

I got some problems while working with Inspire.

I want to optimize a wheel hub. 
The problem is that I can´t figure out how to connect the hub to the axle.
In the final part, there is a ball bearing. 
How can I connect the hub and the axle like a bearing would do,
so that I can put a load on the axle (like a weight force) and a perimeter load on the hub will occur?
