My company recently started using G Suite. I have a template that I use to pull data from pdfs and I tried to reference a pdf I have saved in the drive via Drive File Stream, which lets us access the Google drive just like any other drive.
I have no idea what to do. I don't want to make multiple copies of these pdfs or move them around all over the place.

Hi @Stephanie Lynch,
I haven't used G drive before, but I'm glad you're able to use a local drive version of it.Here are a couple of options worth trying;
1. Have you tried dragging and dropping the file from the Drive File Stream folder?

2. I think this might be worth checking in Monarch a Classic to see if the same issue persists there. You would drag and drop the file into Monarch Classic from the Drive File Stream.
Sorry for the delayed response here. If those two options don't work we can go back to the drawing board.

Hi Stephanie,
It may be that the field to enter the password into is not showing up due to your screen resolution.
Could you please try to make the box which is prompting full screen and see if the password entry field is then visible?
Here is what that box looks like on my system:

But then nothing shows up. The error I get this that it wants me to validate my password, which I understand. But when I click the link to do this, there is no place to enter a password in the dialog box that appears.
I have no idea what to do. I don't want to make multiple copies of these pdfs or move them around all over the place.
