I cannot select nodes when trying to define my constraints. Did I define something wrong?

I cannot select loads when defining my constraints. The model I am using for this is a imported .ipt model. Am I defining the part wrong?

    Bert,

I don't see any Elements/Nodes to apply loads/constraints to in your model. Did you mesh it?

    Jason,

The solid is not meshed yet. However, I have tried to do a 2D batch mesh of the figure, but it looks like the mesh is not compatible for that.

Depending on how you are going to mesh it (2d or 3d) and size will determine which tools to use. But I don't see there should be any issue. Once it is meshed, then you should be able to apply loads/BCs to the elements or nodes.
