storage problem about file data

there are a lot of data size if I save all files after finishing.

such as .hm .fem .out .stat .rs~ .h3d

Can I discard .stat and .rs~ files?

I'd like to minimize save data size after done.

    Hi @naoki

     

    .rs files are scratch files and will be deleted at the end of the analysis

    thank you for your reply.

    but In my folder chosen by TMPDIR there are some .rs .rs~ files.

    So they are not necessary files?

    All scratch files are stored in the specified directories. The scratch files are automatically removed at the end of the analysis unless there is a system error or core dump (in which case, the scratch file may need to be cleaned up manually).

     

    Scratch files are used during the analysis and will be removed only if the analysis is successful.

    These files are the things when there was a system error happened.

    I'll clean by myself.
