How can I export grid coordinates for each solution step?

Hi,

I like to export the coordinates of user-selected grid points (for each load step) in my model. The model has been developed in HyperMesh and running a non-linear job in Optistruct. An output file in the form of text, excel, or Matlab is fine. Could anyone guide me on how to do that?

you can use the export deformed shape in HyperView to get the deformed coordinates.

The only issue is that you will need to do it manually for each of them or use a script for automating this export operation.
