Do i need to give contacts again after I update my mesh once i have performed initial FEA analysis

I did setup and ran FEA model which is having a number of contacts.
After that i just want to re mesh all the model with fine mesh to see more actual stress results.
But now my mesh is updated.
So now why i have to again give contacts, which is causing a very much time consumption.
This issue was not in the Ansys, there we  can do anything with mesh, but contacts and other boundary conditions do not change there.

Create your contact surfaces using sets. And apply this option t update sets on remesh.
