Hi Melissa,
Please click on the following link and download a Visual process that should assist you with sending an email with one Excel file and two tabs attached.
https://s3.amazonaws.com/DWUsers/mabdolrahim/Community/Two%20Workspaces%20one%20email.zip?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAILG6R4OXRQPRK3GQ&Expires=1587232138&Signature=j%2BGO97BsiHK%2FQI4zsK8NmQw8zEs%3D
Before you import the process, create a named map and call it Datawatch, and add a UNC path to where your input file resides. When you import the process you will need to map it to the Datawatch named path.
The process that I created is a monitoring process, and expects two files, classjan.pdf and classfeb.pdf. You should be able to find sample input files in this folder; C:\Users\Public\Documents\Datawatch Monarch\Reports
The first data prep export creates the Excel file with one tab, and the second data prep export adds data to the same file with a new tab. The email distribution emails the final Excel file with two tabs. Please remove my email address from the email distribution.
The move distribution moves both files to a backup folder.
Regards
Mo

I am trying to set up a visual process that uses a workspace and 2 DataPrep exports. Each DataPrep Export creates a different Tab in 1 Excel File. I am trying to Distribute the completed file (with the 2 tabs) to an email list. When I choose to distribute from the last DataPrep export It only sends that 1 tab.
How can I send the final report after the the DataPrep exports have completed?
Thank you!

Hi @Melissa Falardeau,
I am checking now in my instance. I do see what you're referring to from a delivery perspective. It gives you the ability to select each individual data prep export in the distribution list. Were you able to hold CTRL and select both files for delivery? But yes let me look at this and get back to you.
If this doesn't work, we might be able to incorporate a classic export in the process. Here's a screenshot how you could potentially combine classic and data prep;

Hey Melissa, the critical component that'll you see in this screenshot and in the one Mo sent is the gray line/arrow between the two exports and then to the distribution node. That line represents the "execution flow" of the process and informs the server that each node must complete before the next is executed.
