Trapping Fields from Random Multi Line Data

My data looks like this:

 

I created a Detail Trap to get most of the data I need.  Then I created an Append to trap the line I have highlighted above.  This line is a continuation of the line above it.  I am trying to create 2 fields from this line and have the data correlate to the line above.

 

When I create the Fields with the Append it take that data and shows it for every one below it instead of just the one above it.

Change the type of template from Append to Group Footer and you should be fine.

Hi Olly!

 

Thanks so much the suggestion.  I did that but now it is filling in upwards to all the lines:  see below:

 

Is there a way I can get that data to only show for the one line?

Doh, sorry. Make the Footer Template to be Cleared By the Detail template.
