FEKO proposed hardware

One of our clients is looking for a workstation to be able to efficiently work with FEKO.

Can I kindly ask you if you know some workstation that would allow efficient operation of FEKO?

Requirement:

• MALE UAV RCS Calculation for 10GHz source with MoM (method of Moments)
• Full airplane models
• Need for efficiency in the calculations
• Overall, the need is for heavy computations in FEKO, what is the best workstation that could deliver the job!

 They are claiming only to find a Dell that would do the job. Is there a list of hardware that would work nicely?

You can use Dell or any other workstation but the Intel Xeon processors are most popular among the workstations. When acquiring new hardware, I would recommend to max out the RAM that you can buy within the available budget, then spend on the no. of cores and if there is still money left, buy a good graphics card (Feko supports Cuda enabled nvidia GPUs.
