Quality Index Element Size check: FAIL!

Hi All,

I am working on a thin wall component, and it is a sidewall about 600mmX2010mm. I did the meshing process caring about the geometry and its critical zones such as corners and the vicinity of the cutouts. I selected a size element of 20; however, I adjusted it to be accurate with the general sidewall dimensions. Following, I am showing the component and the message I got regarding the size element that failed to process. Has anyone known why and how can I fix it?

Hi David,

You can adjust the min/max size for checking at the start of the tool.
