simulating triaxial cable with waveguide port error!!

I want to simulate triaxial cable as shown in the attached image. i have use waveguide port, however, error is occurred, please can you tell me where is the mistake in my model. the model is also attached. thank you in advance.

Two waveguide ports cannot touch.

 

Maybe offset the center one as seen in the attached file. A very small offset in terms of wavelength would likely not change the results much.
