Scrollbar lossed

Hi,

I have some issue with my HW 2017.2.2

With HW 14, The Model Browser has scrollbar:

 

But I loss scrollbar with 2017.2.2:

 

I tried delete the temp files of HW, but the same issue.

OS: Windows 7 SP1 x64.

Both versions installed on the same laptop.

Any idea?
