User Preferences issue

Whatever my choice of timezone, my Profile keeps always GMT-4 EDT timezone. Why?

Please fix this bug ASAP.

    @Q.Nguyen-Dai are you saying that when you go to your Community Profile > Edit Profile, change the Time Zone under preferences and click Save it reverts back to the default Time Zone?

    @Q.Nguyen-Dai are you saying that when you go to your Community Profile > Edit Profile, change the Time Zone under preferences and click Save it reverts back to the default Time Zone?
