I have a file with 1000 statements that need to be separated in order to be printed and mailed.  Normally, this would be handled by an outside mailing provider, but we no longer have access to that resource.  I have been asked to see if I can accomplish this task.  Reaching out to my colleagues for discussion regarding, if this is something that can be handled by Data Prep and what would the concept look like.  I have attached 3 of the statements as it appears in the file.

Hi Janet,  there's actually a few ways we an handle this, within our overall product suite.

In Monarch/Automator, you can create a summary model that identifies the unique page groupings that define where you want to segment the file and use the manifest feature and a simple script to do the segmentation using the monarch summary

Alternatively, and this may server a different use case, but ingesting this type of file into our Content Server component of Monarch Server, can perform similar segmentation for end user consumption, export and native printing functionality.

Also, the file you dropped I believe was scrubbed of sensitive information, so i wasn't able to test a demo of what i mentioned above, but I'd be happy to jump on a working session.

I have not worked with manifests or scripting, so I am very curious about your solution and would love to discuss further.  I extracted the statement as a memo field, then used Word to insert page breaks.  I have Monarch Complete 15.3 and Automator.

I forgot to mention there is a great feature in Monarch Classic too that can index a file when creating a PDF version of the file and the PDF will then have a tree view with the indexed value.  It's a great feature of classic for this particular use case
