Automator and Monarch 14.3 question

Hello,

 

We have Automator and Monarch 14.3 installed on two of our servers.

 

Both implement Active Directory Authentication (Monarch is linked to the Automator Server Library via SSL).

 

On one, the download function finds the models, on the other, it does not, although the setup should be identical.

 

We believe we are missing something on one of them – please assist.
