Hi Janet,
Open your existing workspace in the server library and Browse to the new locally saved copy. This will allow you to replace your server library workspace with the local version.
Regards,
Steve.

Hi Janet,if you downloaded a workspace from the Automator server library, and modified it in the Monarch Data Prep Studio, you can uploaded it back to the Automator Server Library by selecting the same workspace in the Automator Server Library, then click on the Browse button and upload the updated workspace. The Automator creates a new revision of the workspace and still keep the old revision. You can check the workspace revision in the Automator Server Library by selecting the workspace and click on the revision tab. If you added a new report to the workspace in the DPS, you should modify the Visual Process and add a file input (for text, pdf or any text reports) or database input (for delimited, Excel, access table, SQL table ,etc). Then map the new file input or database input to the new report table in the workspace, by modifying the workspace properties. Hi Mo, thanks for all these details. As I mentioned to Steve, I swore I was doing that, but it seems that until I make a post and have you "spell" it out for me, it will not work. Glad to have you and Steve in the support area! All is working well now.------------------------------Janet GrimsleyVP, Business IntelligenceThe Fauquier BankWarrenton VA(540) 349-0215-------------------------------------------------------------------------Original Message:Sent: 05-14-2020 07:54 AMFrom: Mahmoud AbdolrahimSubject: Updating a Workspace in AutomatorHi Janet,if you downloaded a workspace from the Automator server library, and modified it in the Monarch Data Prep Studio, you can uploaded it back to the Automator Server Library by selecting the same workspace in the Automator Server Library, then click on the Browse button and upload the updated workspace. The Automator creates a new revision of the workspace and still keep the old revision.
