Panel's window don't appear

Accidentally, I dragged the panel's window under the screen's view, in a position I can't see nor move it anymore, and I need to access it again. I tried to turn it off and on and to restart the software, but both don't work. Because that, I can't do anything else with this essential tool. Can you help me to fix it? 

In the image below, note that the panels window is actived, but nothing appears on the screen. The drawn arrow shows to where I accidentally moved the panels.

    That is strange.  I can't get mine to do that.  I guess I would try turning the panel view off and back on.  You could also try turning the Tcl console on since that occupies the same space.  If you have access to version 2021.2 that may help too.  Wish I could be more help but never seen that and I can't reproduce it.

    You can try :

    - Turn off Hyperworks (if you opening)

    - Delete setting  file Hyperworks in folder : Libraries\Documents

    - Delete  files  in folder C:\Users\Your Hostname\AppData\Local\Temp  (Start Window : %temp%)

    - Turn on Hyperworks and check
