    Which version and what solution settings are you using?

    Can you try increasing the number of adaptive passes in solution settings to see if that helps?

    version 2020.2

    Adapt for stress setting

    yes i tried by increasing adaptive passes from 3 to 6 , but stll i am facing same issue

    How much is the deviation? How many number of nut turns does SimSolid indicate?

    There were a few improvements around bolt pretension in V2021.0, is it possible to try this version?
