Error during EDEM Fluent Coupling

Hello,

I am currently trying to set up my EDEM Fluent coupling. After i have read the load_edem_coulpling.jou in fluent and try to connect fluent with Edem, the following error message appears in the console. The connection status remains as connecting.

Initialising EDEM-Fluent Coupling. Please wait...
/app1/common/ansys/ansys_v21.1/ansys_inc/v211/fluent/fluent21.1.0/lnamd64/3ddp_host/fluent.21.1.0: symbol lookup error: lib_edem_coupling/lnamd64/3ddp_host/libudf.so: undefined symbol: ADAPTOR_init_connectEDEMCoupling_Address
The fluent process could not be started.

Could you please advise on how to solve this problem?

Hello Zhang,

I may be wrong, but I'm guessing that your 'lib_edem_coupling' folder is missing from the location at which you have saved your EDEM and Fluent file.

If you have already done this please check if you have added your environment variables.
