Hi,

It looks like you are having problems with Intel denoiser.
As a test you may try turning the denoiser off and saving the image. It should save the file.

As a solution I would suggest the reinstallation of the plugin.
There seems to be something missing/corrupted/blocked
so reinstalling the plugin should fix.
