Inspire Cast Boolean Failure.

I am two models that are being imported into Inspire Cast.  These ate stl files but have been used in Flow3D no problems.

 

When I try to join the two parts through a boolean it fails and does not give me definition or anything to follow as to what is going on. 

 

Any help would be appreciated
