Hello,

I have the following problem:

I have a bracket that consist of two parts that are jointed with 3 screws with anchor nuts. The loads are will be transported from the one part through the screws to the other part.

When i run an optimization(only sliding) everything works. But if I run it with "sliding with separation" it tells me that the safety factor is violated.

If the safety factor is violated doesn´t it mean, that the prepart already can´t hold?

If I run an analyis on the prepart with "sliding with separation" the parts safety factor is good.

So how can I see where exactly the safety factor is violated?

    Hello Lukas,

If I understood your question correctly, You can check safety factor result in the analysis explorer. Here you can investigate if your part has sufficient factor of safety or not. Further I would suggest you to create Service now ticket and assign it to Inspire Platform and Pre-design group. An expert will reach out to you here to assist further.
