Currently I am preparing water tight model for CFD drag analysis. There are too many surfaces, I want to know how to handle hypermesh tools to get fill gaps fast. Some one can help me to fill all the gaps in cad.

    Hi,

In the link below you can find a small article listing all the steps that could be followed in HyperWorks CFD to extract a water-tight model for an internal cavity.

Even though in your case you are probably not interested in the internal cavity you can use the same tools to create a closed watertight body. In fact, conversion to FE and the Cap tool (inside the FE tools) will be particularly helpful to close holes automatically.
