, the error apearing is issue downloading manifets.json file and i don´t know how to correct it

Does this issue appear during the download of Inspire or is this when installing?
If it is during the download, can you provide the link to where you are downloading it from?
It should be downloaded from the Altair Marketplace (https://altairone.com/Marketplace?tab=Info&app=Inspire) or the Altair Connect Page (https://connect.altair.com/CP/downloads.html?suite=HyperWorks)
