Model Extents in FEKO
Hello,
have imported an antenna model which is 1.3 cm X 1.4 cm into FEKO. The imported model is away from the working plane or not in the working plane. So I translated the model into working plane (0,0,0) so I thought that I could reduce model extents from 5E+03 to 5E+00. But even though I translated into working plane, the model extents doesn't reduce. Any help please.

Hi Sravan321,
In principle, it should be working. Some more information would be helpful:
- Did you set the model unit to 'cm'? Can you confirm (e.g. by using the distance measuring tool) that the model is the size that you expect it to be?
- Is there anything else in the model, or is it only this imported antenna?
- Is it possible to attach the model? If not, can you reproduce the problem by replacing the antenna with a cube of the same size?
Maybe we can drill down to the crux of the problem once there is some more information. /emoticons/default_smile.png' srcset='/emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x' title=':)' width='20' />

The imported CAD looks like it has some faults, which may have contributed to unexpected behaviour. Attached is a version of the file that seems to work fine (although I didn't try to mesh/run anything). I recorded the steps that I took in the Lua file, so you can replay them and see what was done. The version I used was: 14.0.432-293039 (x64)
