Facing problem with Visualization toolbar

Dear sir/ madam 

 

I am facing problem in Hyperworks.

1. The visualization toolbar is just shown as Icon but it doesn't have any controls.

2. Some times after opening Hyperworks application it showing the application error.

Please find the respective attached files.  

Please help in solving these two problems I am facing.

Hi Dinesh,

 

This issue is probably due to improper installation. You can try the following options:

1. Deleting the setting files as mentioned here: https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=044688761b2bd0908017dc61ec4bcb69

2. Reinstall the software by first uninstalling it from 'Add or remove programs'.
