Hello,

I am simulating a windscreen antenna in Feko and I got such kind of error

'Wrong orientation of the normal vector in connection with windscreen reference triangles'

I am not sure what is meant by that. Could anyone please say me what does the error mean or can anyone give me an explanantion regarding this kind of error.

Thanks,

Sra

    Hello Sra,

The windscreen method was developed to model antennas embedded in windscreens and one of the assumptions are that the windscreen is relatively flat, but still curved. This error is given when two triangles in a windscreen reference face have normals that are separated by more than 90 degrees and thus probably have too much curvature for the assumptions used in the windscreen solution method. Without the model, I'm not able to confirm this or comment further on the applicability of the windscreen solution method to your model.

    Hello JIF,

Thanks for the reply. Actually there was a problem in my model and now it is solved
