Monarch - PDF with VsafeID and Password how to open

I have a PDF file which I am looking to strip the information out of using Monarch, the PDF has a VsafeID and password to access the information contained, (VsafeID is an e-mail address), when I upload the document into Monarch it only gives me an option to add a password but not the vsafe ID - please can you advise how I can access the information Thanks

Could you elaborate on VsafeID, please? Are you accessing the pdf via a web based URL or do you have the .pdf file locally?

I can only see a few references about it on Google and they relate to Victor Buck Services. If that is the service in question here, it looks like a bespoke web login to their digital print platform.

If that is the case, then there is little hope of Monarch being able open it directly from the website and passing the required credentials. 

Victor Buck Services appear to have an API that may allow automated access.  This would likely require considerable collaboration between yourselves, Victor Buck Services and Altair.

Sorry I can't provide an easy answer.
