Is there a way of assigning thickness to multiple components (individual properties for each component) in one go other than 'Assign Thickness to Midsurface'?

While using the 'Assign Thickness to Midsurface' method, the properties get created with the correct thickness assignment but with the below concerns:

1. Different components with the same thickness are moved into a single property card.

2. The component names change.

The requirement is that for each component, a property card should be created with the correct thickness assignment and with the same name as Solid (Geometry).

The attached script will create a unique property for each component displayed.  Doesn't do everything you want but hopefully it helps.
