How can I connect two different meshes, which cross each other, so that they have one shared line?

I did a Modalanalysis of my model, where I realized that two meshes, which are crossing each other, are not connected. This applies in some different parts aswell, where propably a gap between the parts appears. I created the midsurfaces of my model and meshed them.

So my question is: can I connect the two crossing meshes or do I have to connect the parts of the middle surfaces? And how do I do that?

The other problem are the areas where I have a T-junction, but some lines are yellow and later in the Modalanalysis it shows there is no connection between the two parts.

Thanks in advance!

    Hello,
Before the submition of your run you can check if all your nodes are connected.
In HyperWorks Next Generation : Validate > Free Edges.
In HyperMesh Classic : Mesh > Check > Nodes > Equivalence.
