I didn't receive course completion in VIL course

I didn't receive a course completion for "SimLab Basics of Static and Dynamic Linear Analysis Course Certificate" that I attended on Sept 23rd and Sept 24th. This is the second time this happened, did I miss doing something?

    Hi Jordan,
    We are currently experiencing a problem with the automatic transfer of participation times. I have entered your times manually and you should now be able to download the certificate.
