ACM2 welds

Hi I am trying to give Spot weld using ACM2 method.
However, I don't have ACM2 in my spot weld modeling type.
Also, can I convert this for use in ANSYS?

    Hello Yuki,

     

    ACM method is a connector method for Nastran or Optistruct profile only.

    This method will create RBE3 and Hexa elements :

    You can create your connectors (Spot Weld) in these profiles (ndlr Nastran or Optistruct) then trying to convert the result (RBE3 and hexa) into Ansys Solver card.

     

    For that you need to use Convert functionnality:

    What's the ansys modelization you are expecting for such kind of Spot Weld?
