How to manage visualization of masses

Hello,

I'm using Hypermesh for few days and I'm wondering if there is a way to modify the visualization of concentrated masses. 
They look very small on my version and the only way i found to see them is to display element handle in order to get text close to them.

Is there any way to increase the size of those 0d elements ?
