I'm getting this warning during meshing.
I proceeded with yes and the mesh got generated. Now will this affect my solution or its alright?

That most likely means that the surface mesh was unable to project properly to a geometric surface edge - the 'suppress' option means ignore that geometric surface edge. Unless that is a definite 'hard' edge needing to be captured properly, you should be fine.
